Privacy at RoomMuse

RoomMuse sends your room photo and inspiration text to OpenAI to analyze the room and generate artwork. Image location and EXIF metadata are removed before transmission. Uploaded room photos are not retained by this application after the request.

Generated artwork, your palette, inspiration text and print choices are saved on our server. Artwork files are accessible to anyone who knows their URL. Anyone with a creation share link can view and copy that creation. Share links do not grant editing access to the original.

A session cookie supports abuse prevention. A local browser key allows you to edit your own saved creations. Clearing browser storage removes that editing access. Service logs record request timing, errors and estimated usage costs, not your room photo or inspiration text.

RoomMuse does not send your room photo to the print provider. When ordering is enabled, the selected print artwork, shipping address and necessary order details are sent to Prodigi. Payment handling depends on the payment provider configured at launch.

The site is not yet open for orders. Operator contact details, retention periods and the complete customer privacy and purchase terms must be finalized before launch. The server administrator can remove a saved creation and its associated artwork on request.
